Nexus Law is an association of two law firms in Brazil, namely Galante Sociedade de Advogados and Heloisa Scaramucci Sociedade Individual de Advocacia, represented by their respective partners Heloisa Ferreira Andrade Scaramucci, OAB/SP No. 184,106, and Juliana Almeida Galante de Lima, OAB/SP No. 183,408.

2. Absence of Professional Relationship

Accessing this website, sending messages through the contact form, or any other form of prior

communication does not establish an attorney-client relationship, nor does it amount to the execution of any agreement for the provision of legal services.

The provision of legal services is subject to the formal execution of a written agreement between the client and the responsible attorney(s), or the formal acceptance by the client

of a proposal issued by the responsible attorney(s).

In the case of an initial paid legal consultation scheduled through this website, the provision

of services shall be subject to prior payment to be made by the client to the responsible attorney(s).

3.   Enable initial contact with the law firms participating in the Nexus Law initiative.

1.   Obtain information about the professionals’ areas of practice;

2.   Send contact messages to obtain additional information or schedule a consultation;

3.   Access articles and publications made available.

The scheduling link is intended to allow users to book an initial online conversation with one of our attorneys. This first meeting aims to understand the context of the client’s case in order to assess how we can assist and to indicate possible next steps.

If you wish to schedule a time, simply select a date that is convenient for you using the link below and provide your details and information about the case.

This initial conversation does not constitute legal advice nor does it involve the issuance of a legal opinion or specific legal guidance. A formal legal consultation will only take place after acceptance of a fee proposal, which may be sent at a later stage if mutual interest in proceeding is identified.

2.  Email address;

4.  Message content (which must not include sensitive data).

We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 18 years of age. Users under 18 must not submit information through this website. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be disregarded and not retained. 

2.2 Scheduling Form

For scheduling a consultation, in addition to the above data, the following may be requested:

1.   Country of tax residence;

2.  Subject matter of the consultation.

 

2.3 Browsing Data

Through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8), technical browsing data may be collected, such as anonymized IP address, device type, and pages visited. 

3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
